We are currently looking to hire an energetic individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as the Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organisations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and manage existing alliances to help drive new customer acquisition, market penetration and brand visibility. Negotiating collaboration deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Manage the partnership process including, initiation, on-boarding, and ongoing support
- Create and implement a monthly marketing plan for alliances
- Generate databases on his own efforts &/or from his/her own network to tap for the company product sales.
- Create SOPs and other enablements for the vertical to grow efficiently, speedily and profitably.
- Experience in working in international markets.
- Excellent proficiency in Hindi & English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
