  • Vetting & drafting all the contracts that the company is engaging in. 
  • Resolving any issue that arises and requires legal measures to be taken. 
  • Defining & drafting new contracts for the best interests of the company. 
  • Ensure all the projects being delivered are compliant with standard procedures.  
  • Consider regulatory issues at all times and report any concerns to senior management as appropriate.  
  • Build knowledge and experience in practice areas to the highest standards.
  • Undertake project work as required, undertaking any initiatives identified and designated from time to time. 


  • Proven experience of 2+ years in a leading law firm/company in one or all of the following environments:B2B/Corporate/Banking & Finance / Funds.
  • Good interpersonal skills.  
  • Effective communicator. 
  • Strong influencing skills.  
  • Excellent time management skills.  
  • Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions.  
  • Strong relationship management skills.  
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.  
  • Excellent drafting skills.
