We are looking for a candidate who can help maximise our sales potential with the fast-growing enterprise sales team and will work with prospects to build business partnerships that enhance the growth of business. This is a high responsibility and high ownership role where one needs to work with a team of account executives to achieve team targets.
- Overseeing day to day responsibilities of the reporting team.
- Build and increase pipeline across the enterprise market segment.
- Actively managing a team of account executives and SDRs to achieve organisational objectives.
- Contribute to the Enterprise sales strategy and process that results in acquisition of new clients.
- Set daily team objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals.
- Help develop and maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling SaaS products to procurement and IT managers.
- A track record of execution and delivering results.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience successfully working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
